What You’ll Do

You will be the creative force behind our social media presence, producing eye-catching graphics and engaging video content that captures the energy of our brand. You’ll design and deliver at least 40 dynamic graphics weekly and contribute to impactful video projects that drive engagement across our platforms. With a blend of technical expertise, adaptability, and creative flair, you’ll collaborate with our team to ensure every visual aligns with our brand identity and delivers a consistent, high-quality experience to our audience.

Prep Network is a sports company that connects high school athletes with college coaches. Through our nine brands, we publish over 4,000 articles each month and actively scout talented athletes across the U.S.  We aim to discover and promote promising prospects who aspire to play at the collegiate level. 

In addition to our content, Prep Network is the top event operator in the U.S., hosting 100+ tournaments annually.  We offer a combination of top-tier competitions and extensive media exposure for attending teams.  Our 250+ showcases each year provide a platform for over 10,000+ prospects to compete in front of colleges, scouts, and media outlets.

Core Responsibilities

• Create at least 40 graphics weekly for our state social media accounts
• Complete 100% of assigned promo graphics for tournaments and showcases on time, contributing to event promotion and recap.
• Assist in editing and clipping at least 1 video project weekly for distribution across social platforms.
• Deliver requested graphics within 48 hours, maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Use Photoshop templates to efficiently batch-create graphics.
• Maintain visual consistency using our brand’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with team members to create new scaleable social media content.

Must-Haves in a Candidate

• Problem-Solving and Adaptability. Exceptional problem-solving and ability to ideate from basic requests, while remaining adaptable to changes and feedback.
• Effective Communication. Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, conveying messages with clarity and conciseness.
• Curious and Creative Nature. Possesses a quick learning ability and a knack for absorbing new information and turning it into new and exciting work.
• Accountability .  Display a strong work ethic, a commitment to achieving results, and the capacity to deliver substantial outputs with minimal supervision or wasted effort.
• I nterpersonal Skills .  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with partners and colleagues.
• Technical Skills . Strong background in Adobe Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop.  Proficiency with the Google Suite. Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs as well as experience with Gmail.
• Flexibility. Ability to work weekends.  

Nice-to-Haves in a Candidate

• Problem-solving
• Experienced with utilizing sports photos with various resolutions. Creating graphics and media for use on Instagram, X, TikTok, and websites.
• Youth Culture Awareness with up-to-date knowledge of youth sports trends, music preferences, and cultural developments.

• Experience with EOS/Traction is a plus
• Experience with Slack and Asana systems is also a plus
