Job Description

As an Associate Creative Director (Art), you must demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and have the ability to develop breakthrough ideas across all mediums. You must have in-depth knowledge of both art direction and design. You will lead the visual development of creative campaigns, working closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and account managers. You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and conceptually strong work that resonates with consumers and meets client objectives

Responsibilities:

• Partner with an ACD Copywriter to concept and develop creative concepts that are both visually compelling and strategically sound.
• Own the creative work on assigned brands/clients.
• Lead the visual design and art direction for a variety of projects including digital, broadcast, print, social media, and video content.
• Present ideas and work to clients, articulating the creative rationale and strategy behind each concept.
• Oversee and guide designers, illustrators, photographers, junior creative teams and other creatives to ensure a high level of craft and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attend shoots as necessary.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations to keep our creative work at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience as an art director in an advertising agency or similar setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, with a focus on concept-driven work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver high-quality creative work under pressure.
