    Salary

    Starting at $60,000.00 per year

    About The Position

    Provide support, guidance, and leadership to Counseling program staff. Provide consultation and work to ensure a collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-responsive team culture. Ensure agency and program mission and values are central to our work with individuals and families.

    A Typical Day As a Behavioral Health Counseling Supervisor

    • Assist in the development of clinical staff and interns - providing training, supervision, and support to Counseling program staff.
    • Oversee program services, ensuring best practices and availability of needed activities.
    • Partner with clients and other human services teams to support and heal families in crisis.
    • Network and participate with local funders, as well as community and provider networks and systems.
    • Provide treatment services to clients in proportion to the number of counseling staff supervised.

    Does the Following Apply to You?

    • Master's degree in Social Work, Human Service, or related field (required)
    • Supervised Clinical Experience (preferred)

    Additional Qualifications

    • Completion of DCFS criminal background check and fingerprinting
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Obtain an insured vehicle
    • At least three years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
