Salary Starting at $60,000.00 per year About The Position Provide support, guidance, and leadership to Counseling program staff. Provide consultation and work to ensure a collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-responsive team culture. Ensure agency and program mission and values are central to our work with individuals and families. A Typical Day As a Behavioral Health Counseling Supervisor - Assist in the development of clinical staff and interns - providing training, supervision, and support to Counseling program staff.
- Oversee program services, ensuring best practices and availability of needed activities.
- Partner with clients and other human services teams to support and heal families in crisis.
- Network and participate with local funders, as well as community and provider networks and systems.
- Provide treatment services to clients in proportion to the number of counseling staff supervised.
Does the Following Apply to You?- Master's degree in Social Work, Human Service, or related field (required)
- Supervised Clinical Experience (preferred)
Additional Qualifications - Completion of DCFS criminal background check and fingerprinting
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain an insured vehicle
- At least three years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
