Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is excited to welcome a passionate Behavior Technician to our team. We are proud to collaborate with one of the most esteemed school districts in Delaware.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral intervention services to children with special needs.
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collaborate with the crisis team to de-escalate behaviors when necessary.
• Collect data on all programming as directed by the BCBA.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Participate effectively and efficiently with all interdisciplinary team members.
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Consistently interpret and perform all assigned responsibilities to Agency standards.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus.
• ABA experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
