Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and elevating our brand presence.
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Generate leads and cultivate relationships to drive sales opportunities.
• Utilize persuasive communication to promote products and services.
• Act as a brand advocate, representing Focused Development Group with integrity and professionalism.
• Track and report sales metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Benefits:

• $19 to $23 hourly pay, paid weekly plus commission and bonuses (OTE $51k-$61k).
