Position Summary
Community First Credit Union is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Lending Officer to lead and coordinate lending operations within our Credit Union. This pivotal role will oversee a comprehensive portfolio of lending activities, including consumer, auto, unsecured, mortgage, commercial, and collection services. The Chief Lending Officer will ensure compliance with established lending and collection policies, implement robust credit risk management practices, and oversee a loan origination process designed to meet and exceed member needs. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, and a minimum of 10 years’ experience with direct responsibility for lending functions is required. Advanced degree and/or Lending School certifications preferred.
