Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week Schedule: ~4 hour shift ~8 hour shift ~ Afternoon shift ~ Day shift ~ Evening shift ~ Monday to Friday ~ Weekends as needed Experience: ~ Residential cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Language: ~ English (Preferred) License/Certification: ~ Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: ~ Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: ~ Springfield, MA 01109 (Required) Ability to Relocate: ~ Springfield, MA 01109: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: ~50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Requirements Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
