Job Description

Overview of job/day to day:

• Lead efforts to identify and document dependencies to delivering services, including applications, vendor connections, IoT devices, and network requirements.
• Visio for mapping or documentation (or an equivalent tool)
• Conduct meetings, focus groups, and interviews with operational teams to collect necessary data for service line recovery.
• Meeting with service lines and analyzing data
• Then working with disaster recovery team to
• Building out dependency mapping for each service lines analyzed data – figuring out if their are any redundancies
• They don't want a change healthcare to happen
• Create visual dependency maps and process diagrams to illustrate recovery sequences and key interdependencies.
• Work with the Disaster Recovery team to establish a prioritized restoration order for service lines.
• Analyze collected data to identify critical vendors and potential recovery gaps.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational stakeholders to define an effective and sustainable recovery strategy.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on system dependencies and recovery processes.
• Help develop frameworks and tools for future resilience planning

• Can translate technical workflows into documentation
• Informal project manager

• More mid-level – analyst side, leading a project not leading a team
• Has this experience working in security – not strong resiliency specific
• Soft skills?:
• Good comm skills – needing to lead meetings and interviews to gather information – what sort of information are they gathering?
• Independent worker, but can partner with a team
• Fast-paced environment
