Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service in response to incoming communications.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, addressing concerns from both dealers and end-users.
• Generate new business by making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Use sales and account management strategies to educate customers about our products and programs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both external clients and internal teams.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage and document activities, including scheduling, tasks, and events.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable products or services, negotiating terms as necessary.
• Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Participate in training to stay current with technical advancements and product updates, ensuring you meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Desire to learn Sales, Industry and new market development.
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), Salesforce, and other web-based applications.
