This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about event planning and coordination and are looking to kickstart their career in the event management industry. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth event execution
Maintain event timelines and manage logistical details
Conduct site visits and assist in venue selection
Monitor event budgets and assist in cost management
Prepare materials and communications for events including invitations and agendas

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
