Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough sterilization of dental instruments and equipment following established protocols
• Maintain and monitor sterilization equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and standards at all times
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of sterilized instruments
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of sterilization supplies as needed

Qualifications (Entry Level Position):

• Prior experience in dental office sterilization is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures, infection control, and OSHA guidelines is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and a team player mindset
