Our prestigious law firm is looking for a talented and driven Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning; experience in litigation is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and related legal documents.
Advise clients on strategies pertaining to estate, tax, and business succession planning.
Conduct client interviews to collect vital information for effective planning.
Assist with the probate process and represent clients in probate litigation as required.
Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build trust and encourage long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
At least 2 years of experience in estate planning; litigation experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of estate planning principles and their tax implications.
Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
