A financial firm is looking for a Finance & AI Governance Manager to join their team in New York, NY.

Compensation: $150-250k

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
• Oversee governance frameworks for AI initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI technologies with business objectives.
• Implement financial controls and risk management practices related to AI.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and AI governance policies.
• Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership on financial and AI governance matters.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong program management skills.
• Experience in financial management and budget planning.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, regulatory frameworks, and ethical considerations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and AI-driven analytics.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
