Role Overview

Our Senior Managing Directors, with over 30 years experience, are hiring up to 30 in office Account Executive Trainees for our Fort Lauderdale office; specifically within the Merchant Capital Division. We provide our employees with a strong, energetic environment in which to grow. As such, we seek individuals with an inherent determination to succeed.

The Account Executive Trainee position is a highly entrepreneurial role, requiring extensive client development, prospecting and selling. We will provide sponsorship for Series 7 and Series 63 licensing.

Job Responsibilities

  • The ability to articulate yourself with confidence
  • A natural enthusiasm for sales or telephone work
  • A high level of integrity
  • A general understanding of the financial markets and private/public companies
  • An unparalleled work ethic and the desire to achieve an extremely high level of success relative to your peers
  • Possesses strong common sense

Preferred Qualifications

  • A series 7 license
  • Telemarketing experience
  • Sales experience
  • Bilingual
  • An interest or background in biotechnology/healthcare/medical sciences.
  • An existing network of individuals or institutions who are interested in alternative investments.
