Metro Atlanta area personal injury firm looking for a case intake specialist.
We handle all types of personal injury cases, but no other areas of law.
**Prior restaurant/bartending experience is a huge plus**
If you are a bartender or server trapped in the hospitality industry, this is the spot for you.
Prior law firm/legal experience is NOT necessary.
*Bilingual also a plus*
The person we hire must be able to multitask, and communicate well on the phone with clients, potential new clients, doctors' offices, other attorneys/paralegals/insurance adjusters, etc.
This employee will be a "director of first impressions"--the first voice a prospective client hears on the phone.
Our intake position is critical to the success of our firm. You field all initial phone calls and emails from prospective clients and help to determine if theirs is a case we would be interested in handling.
If so, you conduct the interview and gather all of the initial facts and available evidence. You will encounter all kinds of people in all kinds of situations.
This position is both very challenging, chaotic, and incredibly rewarding.
A fairly flexible schedule is a must.
Once you are trained, there is some remote work opportunity, along with some after-hours on call responsibility (which is rotated amongst several people).
Every case is different, every client is different, and we do not take a cookie-cutter approach.
We want an outside-the-box thinker who is a hard worker and a TEAM player.
We are a small firm, and there is ZERO drama. We intend to keep it that way.
Personality and the ability to get along with co-workers and clients is far more important to us than prior experience.

This is a full time position.
