The Role

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the interview process.

• Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Process Management : Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to completion, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, managing feedback, closing deals, and post-placement follow-ups.
• Research : Network with candidates and industry connections, conduct market mapping, and utilize various databases and social media platforms.
• Market Intelligence : Generate leads from industry interactions and stay updated with market news.

• Educated to degree level (2:1 or above).
