Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and support team members while assisting the Site Manager in daily operations.
- Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Operations Management : Oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and monitor financial performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Business Development : Contribute to strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Daily Operations : Handle opening and closing procedures, safely manage vehicle loading, and maintain equipment and facilities.
- Sales and Memberships : Promote and sell Wash Club Memberships, manage transactions, and utilize company software effectively.
- Policy Adherence : Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold high standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Availability : Flexible schedule with open availability during the week and willingness to work rotating weekends.
- Experience : Our Manager-in-Training program offers an excellent opportunity to develop into an Assistant Manager role within the company.
- Flexibility : Must be able to travel to any of our five Upstate locations.
