Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Washington County and the surrounding region. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to adults living with mental illness and substance use disorders.

What you'll do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
Provide direct therapy and support to clients in their homes, community settings, and other locations.
Assist clients with daily living skills, such as housing, employment, and social relationships.
Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer specialists.
Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

What you'll bring:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.
A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
