Your New Role

• Lead the estimation and bidding process for commercial/light industrial painting projects
• Cultivate client relationships and promote company services to general contractors and property managers
• Provide hands-on leadership to the estimating team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Use OnScreen takeoff software (Planswift or similar) to analyze and prepare project proposals

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager
• Expertise in commercial painting processes, products, and production rates
• Proficiency in Planswift or similar OnScreen takeoff software
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Must be able to commute or relocate to San Juan Capistrano, CA
