Our Am Law 100 client, a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate in their New York office's Intellectual Property and Technology group. Candidates should have 4-6 years of patent litigation experience. Specifically looking for background in electrical engineering and/or computer science.Must have experience with all aspects of patent litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc.
This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in New York.The expected pay range for this position is:
$310,000-$390,000
