Join our dynamic and growing team as a Project Manager in Madison, WI, where a regular local presence is essential. In this role, Project Managers work closely with client stakeholders to proactively identify and creatively resolve project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully understand client requirements and project risks, communicate these to relevant team members, and ensure all expectations are met.
• Coordinate and facilitate project deliverables by developing a project schedule based on plans, specifications, time, and manpower requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Track progress, review tasks and deliverables, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Address project issues and provide solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget while meeting client and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and client representatives to ensure alignment.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in project management.
• Experience managing natural gas/electric distribution projects in urban environments is required.
• PMP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 12 months of employment.
