What you’ll be up to

• Building relationships with candidates
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media,
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
• Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through multiple resources and tools.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Negotiate wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
• Communicate effectively with others to create a productive and diverse environment.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

What you need:

• You hold a BA//BAA/BS.
