Job Summary: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in setting up and managing our new SDR outreach program, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, managing leads through the sales pipeline, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve our sales goals and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach Program Setup: Develop and implement a new SDR outreach program as an individual contributor, including strategies for lead generation and qualification.

 Target Account Identification: Use ZoomInfo or similar marketing and contact databases to identify and prioritize target accounts.

 Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

 Qualifying Leads: Contact and qualify potential customers to understand their needs and determine their specific needs for our products or services.

 Appointment Setting: Schedule calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

 Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring timely follow-up and progress towards sales goals.

 Metrics Capture: Capture and analyze key outreach metrics to measure the effectiveness of the SDR program and make data-driven improvements.

 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer base.

 Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.

 Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and results to management.

 Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

 Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B or tech industry.

 Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.

 Knowledge: Understanding of sales techniques and strategies, aptitude for learning new product offerings, and strong problem-solving skills.

 Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

 Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

 Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field
