Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CRM Manager to lead and manage a team of 4-5 Salesforce Administrators and Business Analysts (BAs). This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce , combined with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet business needs , collaborating with executives and stakeholders , and ensuring the successful implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions to drive business efficiency .
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Lead , manage, and mentor a team of Salesforce Admins, BAs, and Developers, ensuring effective day-to-day support and innovation of Salesforce CRM/CPQ applications .
- Oversee and support business teams in assessing needs, customizing Salesforce systems , and optimizing workflows .
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for system optimization, data management, and reporting .
- Manage vendor relationships for Salesforce development, configuration, and licensing.
- Analyze data to measure system impact on business processes, user satisfaction, and efficiency , and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems , supporting cross-functional collaboration and organizational goals.
- Identify and resolve issues with custom configurations , recommending solutions to senior leadership .
- Staying current with industry best practices , trends, and innovations in Salesforce and CRM technologies , driving continuous improvement.
- Lead Salesforce-related projects , including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements , ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage organizational changes , including training, communication , and alignment to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of Salesforce-related changes.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve project outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalated issues effectively with minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals, providing updates to senior management .
- Lead performance appraisals , goal setting, and professional development for team members.
- Promote teamwork, best practices, and a collaborative work environment to drive team success and business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management information systems, Business Information Systems , or a related field.
- 12+ years of professional experience , including 7+ years working with Salesforce Administration , SDLC, and system testing.
- 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce teams and managing projects with decision-making authority .
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com for Sales & Marketing.
- 4+ years of experience leading complex Salesforce deployments .
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce integrations and interfacing with third-party applications.
- Strong experience in Master Data Management and report development .
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all related systems.
- Exceptional skills in data management , ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities , able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent project management skills , business acumen, and a positive attitude .
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills , both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems , or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Specialty Certifications .
- Certifications in Agile, AWS, Database , or other relevant specialties.
- Familiarity with VS Code .
- Experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment .
- Knowledge of consumer lending or financial services, with an understanding of underwriting .
