Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Americas

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to design and lead our ABM initiatives. This role is a unique opportunity to build a comprehensive ABM framework from the ground up, focusing on 1:1 engagement with high-value accounts. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to drive pipeline generation, foster stronger customer relationships, and accelerate revenue growth.
You will also work with other marketing teams to enhance and optimize existing ABM strategies for 1:Many and 1:Few programs. If you have a hands-on approach, a passion for collaboration, and a proven track record in 1:1 ABM, particularly with tools like 6sense, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop and implement a full-funnel ABM framework tailored to engage high-value accounts. Define best practices, processes, and strategic approaches to drive success.
Collaboration with Sales: Partner with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and activate target accounts. Ensure alignment and clear communication across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Intent Data Platform Leadership: Utilize platforms like 6sense to deliver predictive analytics and actionable account insights. Establish scalable methodologies for account engagement.
Campaign Design and Execution: Design and deliver personalized, multichannel ABM campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, social media, events, and more to create seamless customer experiences.
Performance Measurement: Build reporting frameworks in Salesforce to track campaign performance. Analyze results to refine strategies and optimize impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product marketing, digital teams, and creative partners to craft compelling messaging and impactful campaigns for key accounts.
Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation, continually testing and evolving ABM strategies to improve engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years specifically in ABM. Demonstrated success in building ABM programs from scratch is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms like 6sense for predictive analytics and Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting. Familiarity with marketing automation and gifting platforms (e.g., Sendoso).
Strategic & Tactical: A balance of visionary thinking and hands-on execution in designing and delivering ABM campaigns.
Collaborative Leadership: Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships, particularly with sales teams, to achieve shared goals.
Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, with final compensation determined by factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
