We are a culture-first organization that works relentlessly to maintain our culture.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with precision and insight that challenge the status quo. You’ll own the numbers, providing the foresight to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Advanced Reporting: Deliver high-impact financial reports, KPI dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable intelligence for senior leadership. Expect to be in the room when pivotal decisions are made.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Dive deep into data to uncover trends and anomalies. Your insights won’t just be recommendations—they’ll be directives that shape our company’s future.
  • Cross-Functional Partnering: Be the financial backbone of cross-departmental projects, influencing teams across the organization to align with financial strategies. Your voice will be heard at every level.
  • Process Transformation: Don’t just find inefficiencies—obliterate them. Lead initiatives to streamline and automate financial processes for maximum impact.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis with Impact: Whether it’s analyzing M&A opportunities or dissecting market trends, your analysis will push boundaries and drive real change.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a major advantage.

Required Skills

  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis. Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a must.
  • Analytical Genius: Extraordinary quantitative skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights. You see patterns where others see noise.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to distill complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences. Your storytelling ability is as important as your number-crunching skills.
  • Relentless Drive: You’re not just a team player; you’re a force multiplier. You don’t settle for good—you aim for legendary.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re always a step ahead. If you see a problem, you’re already working on ten different ways to solve it.
