We offer consumers an unrivaled menu of options to access the liquidity their fine jewelry and watches possess, via immediate sale, Jewelry Equity Loan, or consignment sale. We strictly provide capital to the end consumer. Our firm operates in a branded, modern fashion. We deploy expertise, transparency, and technology to outwork competitors and win our clients' business. Clients either send items to our headquarters or visit one of our offices to transact. We currently have 13 locations, on the way to 30 US offices by 2030. Diamond Banc is laser-focused on becoming the most profitable jewelry buyer and lender in the nation.

Position Objectives: We are seeking a dynamic and action-driven Transaction Manager to lead and optimize our pending buy/loan pipeline. The primary goal of this role is to increase closing ratios across the company while maximizing transaction profitability using the metrics and tools provided. This role involves closing a significant number of personal deals through our "ship-in" division and Sarasota physical office. Responsibilities include coaching market directors, providing deal assistance, and achieving 1,000+ direct client interactions monthly, with a focus on closing transactions for both our "ship-in" division and office locations. A critical component of this position is offering frequent and continuous buy and loan value assessments to our team company-wide, as well as providing support for underwriting needs.

Objectives:

  • Kick down transaction barriers to find ways to WIN DEALS.
  • Become the central company-wide quote and deal assist executive.
  • Work hands-on with both Market Directors and Client Benefit Agents.
  • Close a minimum of 400 personal deals in year one.
  • Increase the closing ratio and profitability of lead volume.
  • Measure key performance indicators vs. goals and create needed improvements.
  • BE THE EXAMPLE—always be increasing company closing & transaction standards.
  • Ongoing training with directors on programs, objectives, systems & behaviors.

Functions:

  • Constantly follow up on all active in-market pending buy and loan transactions.
  • Get clients to return to DB offices to complete pending transactions.
  • Speak to any disgruntled clients company-wide to resolve issues.
  • Write up transactions in the POS system & underwriting functionality.
  • Communicate with all DB team members to protect the downside and close deals.
  • Increase speed to get initial DB clients from inquiry to first office visit or shipment.
  • Email and text digital assets that align with the client.
  • Consistently move quickly to book, confirm, and reschedule office appointments.
  • Deploy outreach from digital client submissions.
  • Stay in continual communication with clients to maximize the closing ratio.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the closing, evaluation, and funding Columbia team.
  • Work with clients both digitally and in-person to loan against and buy products.
  • Safety deposit access, inventory processing & controls.
  • Hold the team to achieve monthly outreach requirements and processes.
  • Champion and deploy all AI initiatives now and in the future.
  • Live in SalesForce, Podium, Slack, and on the phones.

Advancement: This position will continue to evolve and grow in importance as our company expands. We have been growing at a rate of 40% annually over the past five years. This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to grow the brand and will have increased earning potential based on the value they deliver. How important they make the position and how much growth they drive will determine their path forward. The intent is for this person to grow into an all-encompassing and contributing member of the executive team.
