Position Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, the Senior Donor Organizer (SDO) will collaborate across our teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute educational programming and events that engage, grow, and nurture our network of diverse Donor Activists committed to transformative action through giving .
This role will focus on creating and leading dynamic programming for Liberty Hill’s highly engaged donor community, including DAFs and Giving Circle members. Programming will focus on education and support donors in developing giving practices that are values-driven and aligned with the priorities and needs of grassroots social justice movements. They will lead and provide logistic and facilitation support for training and regularly communicate with donors to offer organizational updates and maintain authentic connections. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to build trust, understanding, and supportive relationships with Liberty Hill grantees, donors, and philanthropic partners.
This position is hybrid remote, and in-person and requires participation in in-person events and mandatory co-working days.
