Job Description

Allied Resources is hiring a Senior Project Controls Specialist who will be responsible for the cost responsibilities overseeing and managing project schedules, costs, and resources to ensure successful project execution! This long-term direct hire position provides competitive compensation up to $145,000 base salary per/yr. and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and more!

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and coordinates schedules for contractor work in Primavera P6.
• Engages with customers to discuss plans and expectations for completing non-large project work.
• Acquires updates on contractor jobs and adjusts schedules accordingly, while collaborating with field supervisors.
• Collaborates with project managers and other stakeholders to establish project baselines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Conducts regular analysis and assessment of project schedules to identify potential risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provides accurate and timely reporting on project progress, cost performance, and resource utilization to project stakeholders.
• Facilitates weekly meetings to plan and discuss work priorities with field supervisors and planning coordinators, ensuring clear understanding of ongoing and upcoming tasks for the current and future weeks.
• Arranges regular meetings with contractors and planning coordinators to communicate priorities and comprehension of the status of the current week's work.

Qualifications Wish List:

• 5+ years of scheduling or cost experience.
• Primavera 6 experience (required).
• Heavy Infrastructure experience or Utility Construction experience.
• Communication and organization skills.
