We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, execution, and analysis of social media strategies for up to 10-12 clients, ensuring measurable success for both our clients and our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Creation:
    • Develop and implement customized social media strategies for clients across industries.
    • Create and curate engaging, brand-specific content, including captions, graphics, and videos.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage up to 10-12 client accounts, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service.
    • Maintain a consistent posting schedule for each client, tailored to their audience and objectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
    • Deliver monthly reports that highlight successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster community growth and engagement by staying aligned with brand voice and values.
  • Trends & Innovation:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
    • Proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance clients' online presence and engagement.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Clients consistently meet or exceed their social media KPIs, including engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Campaigns are executed on time and within budget, delivering exceptional results for clients.
  • Monthly performance reports demonstrate measurable impact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactive communication and problem-solving maintain positive relationships with both clients and the internal team.
