Overview
Alliant is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented leader to drive our product management function and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. The ideal candidate will provide vision and direction for multiple flagship products, ensuring alignment with Alliant's broader business objectives. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of achieving impactful results, effectively influencing stakeholders, and translating ambitious strategic goals into actionable plans. A combination of strategic insight, leadership acumen, and operational execution will be critical to success in this role.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping the evolution of the product management discipline at Alliant.

The compensation for this role is influenced by multiple factors, such as the candidate’s education, certifications, prior experience, industry-specific expertise, location, and current market trends. Responsibilities and scope of the role are also carefully considered to ensure fair and competitive pay. Additionally, this position qualifies for discretionary incentive compensation, offering performance-based earnings opportunities.
