SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Telehealth Recruitment & Credentialing Specialist to support our growing team of providers and healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, credentialing new providers, ensuring employee retention, and overseeing training & onboarding administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, compliance, and provider relations, with a passion for building and maintaining a high-performing healthcare team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare providers, clinicians, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate hiring with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.

Provider Credentialing & Compliance

  • Oversee provider credentialing, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Manage the verification of licenses, certifications, background checks, and malpractice coverage.
  • Maintain up-to-date provider records in credentialing databases and HR systems.
  • Collaborate with providers to facilitate a smooth and timely credentialing process.

Employee Retention & Engagement

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Support initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and align with KORB Health’s core values.
  • Conduct stay interviews, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for workforce improvements.

Training & Onboarding Administration

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Coordinate and oversee training programs, including compliance, clinical protocols, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, onboarding checklists, and learning resources.
  • Track employee progress and ensure completion of required training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in telehealth recruitment, credentialing, or HR administration.
  • Knowledge of provider credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with providers and employees.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and credentialing platform
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • May require working evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

*This position is required to be on-site at our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX.
