Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and diplomatic Touring Manager with a strong background in live entertainment, particularly with world-touring comedians. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of touring logistics and ensure the smooth execution of domestic and international tours. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage the complexities of touring operations efficiently and professionally.

Need to Have:

• Proven experience (minimum 6 years) as a Touring Manager or in a similar role within comedy or live entertainment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders and situations.
• Expertise in managing logistics, including travel arrangements, event schedules, and accommodation.
• Ability to work well under pressure, make quick decisions, and adapt to dynamic circumstances.
• Proficiency in tour management software and standard office tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
• Availability to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Familiarity with live entertainment touring standards and best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with budget management, financial reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Prior experience working with comedians or in the entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of ticketing platforms, reporting tools, and audience engagement metrics.
• Interest in comedy and cultural diversity, with an appreciation for various comedy styles.
