  • Leverage market expertise and an extensive industry network to drive business expansion, build relationships with key stakeholders, and explore investment avenues.
  • Negotiate and structure commercial agreements, supply contracts, and strategic alliances that create long-term value.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform business strategy and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Present data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and global headquarters.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of business development experience in the oil & gas and energy industry.
  • Strong track record in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and investment execution within the oil & gas industry.
  • Ability to evaluate projects holistically (business, financial, and technical aspects) and recommend strategic investments.
  • Deep understanding of oil supply chains, midstream operations, infrastructure, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in energy transition strategies and identifying pathways for sustainable business growth is a plus.
  • Established network within the oil industry, including key players, regulatory bodies, and investment partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in an international corporate environment is preferred.
