Brand Ambassador

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Full Time | Immediate Start

Weekly Pay: $750 base pay plus commissions

If so, right now, our clients are looking to grow and expand, which means we have the perfect role for you as a Brand Ambassador within our Event Sales team!

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our clients' brands, representing them at live promotions, events, and venues. Winning is not everything, it's the only thing. Individuals who love the thrill and the excitement of benefiting from the effort they put in suit this role perfectly.

Your primary objective will be to embody customer service and sales skills to promote the benefits of our clients’ products. Your secondary focus will be coaching, teaching, and developing others into your passion for success. You will not only be engaging with customers and clients, but you will also be forging meaningful connections and spreading excitement about our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Brand Representation: Serve as the primary brand ambassador, embodying their values of excellence, determination, competitiveness and success.
• Engagement: Interact with customers and clients in a personable and engaging manner, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build rapport.
• Event Participation: Attend live promotions, events, and venues to promote their brand and generate excitement among customers.
• Training and Coaching: Must be coachable and trainable, taking full advantage of growth opportunities within our company as well as participating in training programs, coaching sessions, and leadership development seminars.
• Leadership by Example: Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role and inspiring others to do the same.
• Performance-Based: Drive KPIs and revenue within our clients’ brands generating high profit margins.
