We are a small, dynamic marketing agency specializing in serving clients in the interior design, architecture, landscape design, fabrication, and real estate industries. As we are rapidly growing, we're looking for a talented and organized part-time Digital Marketing Specialist. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for design, creativity, organization, and delivering results, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing

• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across platforms.

Social Media Marketing

• Plan, design, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and engagement.

Email Marketing

• Design and execute email campaigns and newsletters that align with client branding and objectives.

Website Management

• Manage and execute website updates for clients, including portfolio additions, team member changes, and business updates, ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency.

Account Management

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
• Coordinate with team members via Asana to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a remote-first environment.
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
• Strong experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience in WIX
• Expert in content editing tools i.e. in-shot
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Strong interest in architecture, interior design, or real estate marketing.
