We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of various events
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and accommodations
• Support the event team with administrative tasks and document preparation
• Manage and maintain event budgets and expense reports
• Communicate with vendors to ensure all services are delivered as per agreements
• Help with on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
