Job Title: Social Media Manager 

Location: [Hybrid]: M-TH In Office, FR Remote

We are a 42-year-old consumer electronics company that is passionate about using social media to create massive awareness about the products we list. Our goal is to build a strong, engaged community and create millions of views across social platforms. 

Job Description:  

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, drive brand awareness, and generate content that allows for conversions & scaling. The ideal candidate is a social media expert with a deep understanding of influencer marketing, content creation, and platform-specific strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our campaigns, meeting branding commitments, and enhancing our overall marketing strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  1. Social Media Strategy & Execution  
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness and achieve millions of views. 
  3. Create and schedule content across all major social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand goals. 
  4. Would be required to post on the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter / X 
  5. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights to improve reach and engagement. 
  6. Leverage giveaways to expand the audience and following for our four major brands. 

 

Influencer Partnerships  

  1. Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with influencers to generate a steady stream of content. 
  2. Manage influencer collaborations to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals. 
  3. Leverage influencer-generated content for scalable ad campaigns and ongoing brand promotion. 

 

Commitment Content Management  

  1. Handle all content-related tasks, including meeting content deadlines and managing requirements. 

 

On-Camera Presence & Live Streaming  

  1. Be prepared to consistently appear on camera for live streams across any social platform or third-party marketplace that aligns with the company's interests. 
  2. Plan and execute live streaming sessions across necessary platforms to boost engagement, brand visibility, & sales. 
  3. Serve as an engaging on-camera personality to authentically represent the brand. 

 

Adaptability & Growth  

  1. Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. 
  2. Thrive in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment with no bureaucracy.

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving significant social media growth. 
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices. 
  • Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, collaborating with, and managing influencers. 
  • Strong content creation and scheduling skills. 
  • Comfortable being on camera and hosting live streams. 
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture beyond social media.
